Receptions

We cater for groups of 4-120 persons in the restaurants new, exclusive function rooms.

We can tailor make your arrangement so that you can receive the best combination of food and wine available inside your chosen budget.

You can always start with a small wine tasting or presentation before your meal.

The following menus are meant as a source of inspiration. If you have other wishes or you would like to see alternative suggestions, then you are more than welcome to contact us for personal guidance.



Reception menus

Requires a minimum of 9 persons, with the same menu for everybody.

The menu must be ordered, at the latest, 3 days in advance.

3 courses 395 Dkr

4 courses 455 Dkr

A la Carte menu

This changes often and is only available to groups of 9 persons or less.

 

The evenings 3 course menu

This menu is created on the day by our Head Chef Francis Cardenau.

STARTERS

Potato creme soup with parmesan cheese and scallop

Poached oysters with apples, celery and parsley-mussel sauce

Sweet bread with lentils and sherry sauce

Fish of the day with vegetables a la greque and red wine sauce

MAIN COURSES

Baked cod fish with sauce nage, green cabbage and celery

Braised pork chicks with white cabbage, ventreche and port wine sauce

Tenderloin of beef with Jerusalem artichoke, pommes fondant and pepper sauce

Stuffed pousin with glazed leek, pommes dauphinoise and truffle sauce

DESSERTS

Chocolate selection

Pancakes with vanilla ice cream and orange sauce

Warm prunes with almond paste and pistachio ice cream

Lemon gratin with red orange sorbet

Exceptions are taken for seasonal produce. You are therefore welcome to enquire about menu possibilities with game etc.
