We thank you for your interest. Therefore, we will describe the concept behind the establishment of Copenhagen’s first, genuine wine bar.

The novelty, since we opened in September 1997, is the focus with which we set on wine and life’s pleasures, together with our French cuisine, which sets the scope for our “lifestyle” restaurant.

We attract a varied clientele due to the fact that we offer the opportunity to enjoy one of Denmark’s finest selection of wines (also by the glass) from the best wine producers worldwide, together with food from our renowned Chef, naturally based on the finest produce, all for a moderate price.

At Le Sommelier we seek to create the total experience. The focus is set, not just on the wine and cuisine alone, but also on our selection of mineral waters, liquors, coffee  and not least the professional, expert guidance offered which assures an exquisite and harmonious experience.
